Day 1: Postcard-perfect Amboseli

Today is the first day of your Amboseli and Masai Mara Safari. You will be driven to Wilson Airport, where you will catch a flight to Amboseli. As soon as you land on the bush runway, a guide will be there to take you to your three-night camp.

There are beautiful tented rooms for guests to stay in. Take a break for lunch and then go on a game drive in the afternoon with an expert guide and tracker. The beautiful scenery in Amboseli is well known.

Day 2 – 3: Explore the Amboseli National Park

Spend the next two days visiting this reserve, which is watched over by Mount Kilimanjaro, the world’s tallest freestanding mountain. With their huge tusks, elephants are known for living in big groups in the Park.

There are game drives and bush walks in the private reserve where you can see wildlife on your Amboseli safari. For a bush breakfast, eat tasty food under an umbrella thorn tree, or meet around the campfire to talk about the fun things you did that day.

Day 4: Travel to the Masai Mara

In the morning of your East Africa Safari, you will go on one last game drive and then have breakfast. You will then be taken to the airstrip where you will catch your flight to Nairobi. You will get on a different plane at Wilson Airport and fly to the Masai Mara.

As soon as you land, a guide will take you to your three-night stay at the Mara game camp. Elegant safari huts are available for guests to stay in at a private camp. After eating and getting settled, go on a game drive in one of the most famous places in Africa.

Day 5 – 6: Discover the Masai Mara

During the next few days of your East African tour, you will be able to see wildlife in the Mara. This is where the Great Migration happens, where 2 million wildebeest and zebras move every day in search of new grasslands and water.

You can also see big cats in the Masai Mara. Lions and other animals are often seen. Go on walks with a knowledgeable Masai guide who will tell you about the story of living on the plains of Africa.

Day 7: Nairobi and beyond

The last day of your Kenya Masai Mara Safari will start with breakfast. There will be time for one last game drive and shots. After that, the guide will take you back to the airport so you can catch a plane to Wilson Airport.
