Elerai Camp is in a private protection area, so it doesn’t have the same things that Amboseli National Park does, like night drives, game walks, and bush sundowners. The camp has a view of the fields full of animals and the tallest mountain in Africa.

The staff at Elerai Camp will make you feel welcome, and the à la carte meals will blow your mind. On clear nights, you can eat on the deck while looking up at the stars. Sometimes, the moon will even light up Kilimanjaro. You might also see wildlife at the camp’s watering hole or on the fields. In the Elerai forest, there is a unique spot where groups can enjoy a memorable bush dinner.

Elerai Community, Elerai Camp, and the African Wildlife Foundation came up with the idea for Elerai Camp as a community project. Wildlife corridors are very important for protection, and the camp is right in the middle of one. The goal of the project is to bring everyone together to protect wildlife in the long run and give the local Maasai a steady source of income through tourism.
