The famous Lewa Wildlife Conservancy is spread out over 62,000 acres of beautiful land. More than 440 different kinds of birds and at least 70 different kinds of mammals live in the land. In the north, the conservancy is part of a natural animal corridor and is a protected land area.
How to Get to Lewa Safari Camp in Laikipia, Kenya
Lewa Safari Camp is located between three major towns in this part of Kenya. These are Meru, Nanyuki, and Isiolo, all of which can be reached by road. There are a few airstrips in this area that can be used for fly-in treks, one close to the camp.
