10 Day Deluxe Kenya Fly-In Safari, Our 10 Day Deluxe Kenya Fly-in Safari lets you see the best of Kenya, including the desert of Samburu, the fields of the Masai Mara, and the hills of Chyulu, all while staying in high-end accommodations and getting lots of pampering.
The best parts of the Deluxe Kenya Safari
The Samburu, Masai Mara, and Chyulu Hills are all beautiful places.
Take part in fun, relaxing, and strange wildlife activities. There are game drives, night drives, guided walks, stargazing, and trips to nearby caves.
At the picture hide and waterhole, you can wait for the animals to come to you.
Stay in one-of-a-kind luxury lodges that help the earth and the people who live there.
You can see amazing wildlife. The Samburu and Chyulu Hills have semi-arid-adapted game, and the Masai Mara has a lot of predators and game.
Real Samburu and Maasai fighters will lead you and are happy to share what they know about the animals and old traditions in the area.
You can walk, ride a bike, or ride a horse through the Chyulu Hills.
Day 1- 3 Samburu the Semi-Arid Region
Start your safari trip at Wilson Airport in Nairobi, where you’ll catch a flight to Samburu, an area that is mostly desert in the farthest border district. The melting snow on Mount Kenya feeds rivers that are home to a wide range of animals. People come to this area to see elephants and the rare Grevy’s zebra.
Spend the next two days on game drives and guided walks to learn about the animals. Stay in a high-end Samburu safari camp and enjoy friendly service and kindness. During a cultural visit to a traditional farm, you can learn more about the interesting culture of the Samburu people.
Day 4-6 Masai Mara
Take another flight to get to a bush airport in the Masai Mara and keep going on your trip. You will stay at this Masai Mara camp for the next three nights.
Enjoy your time visiting one of Africa’s most famous safari spots where you can see the great migration and the many animals that eat them. Maasai Warriors will lead you on game drives, or you can go on an educational bush walk to really get to know the bush on foot.
Take a break for sundowners and watch the sky change colors as the sun goes down. Then, go on a night game drive to see animals that come out at night, like a leopard, hyena, or lion, on the move before going back to your Kenya luxury camp.
There are optional activities like visiting a traditional Maasai homestead or going on a hot air balloon tour, which is one of the most peaceful ways to see wildlife.
Day 7-9 Chyulu Hills, Tsavo West National Park
You will fly to the Chyulu Hills in Tsavo West National Park in the morning of day 7. Help from a knowledgeable guide to find elephant, lion, leopard, buffalo, and rhino. During a game drive, you can stop at the Mzima Springs, which get their water from a natural spring under the Chyulu Hills. The water is very clear, and you can see hippos here better than anywhere else in Kenya.
Mountain biking, climbing, or horseback riding are all things you can do here. There is an open-air hide where you can see wildlife very well, and for the more daring, there are even private “star beds” where you can sleep.
Day 10: Fond Farewells
You might have time for one last early morning game drive and breakfast at your Kenyan luxury camp before taking a flight to Wilson Airport in Nairobi to make your next journey.
